At Chem-X, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Chem-X account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
